Media Cooperation

To expand the platform's influence and convey the value of cross-border trade, this B2B2C cross-border mall sincerely invites various media organizations to establish long-term cooperative relationships, aiming to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results through content co-creation, resource exchange, and other means. The following is the specific description of media cooperation:

I. Types of Media Cooperation

News and Information Cooperation

Cooperate with mainstream domestic and foreign news media, financial media, and cross-border e-commerce vertical media (such as industry newspapers, news websites, and information apps) to convey platform updates, industry perspectives, and cross-border trends through news reports, in-depth interviews, and policy interpretations.

For major platform events (such as strategic upgrades, new market expansion, and annual summits), invite media to participate in on-site coverage and release authoritative press releases.

Content Platform Cooperation

Cooperate with social platforms (such as WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, Douyin, Facebook, and Instagram) and content communities (such as Zhihu, Xiaohongshu, and forums) to create content including cross-border consumption guides, merchant cases, and platform function analyses through themed content, short videos, and live broadcasts.

Jointly develop original columns (such as "Cross-Border Merchant Interviews" and "Global Goodies Recommendations") and expand the communication scope by leveraging the traffic advantages of both parties.

Industry Media Cooperation

Cooperate with media affiliated to cross-border e-commerce industry associations and chambers of commerce, supply chain management journals, and international trade research institutions to carry out activities such as joint release of industry reports, data research, and academic seminars, so as to enhance the platform's influence in professional fields.

Participate in selection events, forums, and other activities organized by industry media to share industry resources and exposure opportunities.

Cross-Industry Media Cooperation

Cooperate with consumer and lifestyle media (such as fashion magazines, maternal and child platforms, and travel websites). Based on the characteristics of their target audiences, embed the platform's cross-border consumption scenarios (such as "Must-Have Cross-Border Products for Travel" and "Overseas Shopping Guide for Maternal and Child Products") to achieve user mutual guidance.

II. Qualification Requirements for Cooperative Media

Qualification Conditions

Possess legal media operation qualifications and provide relevant documents such as business licenses, publication permits (for traditional media), and ICP filings (for online media).

Overseas media shall provide legal operation certificates of their respective countries/regions and content release permission documents.

Content Requirements

Have a professional content creation team. Previously published content must be authentic and objective, with no records of false reports or illegal information.

Possess a certain degree of industry influence or accurate user groups. For example, vertical media must have a stable readership base in the cross-border e-commerce field, and social media accounts must have a clear audience positioning.

Cooperation Capability

Be able to complete content creation and release in accordance with the cooperation plan, and ensure content quality and communication effects.

Be willing to abide by the platform's brand standards, accurately convey platform information, and maintain the brand image of both parties.

III. Media Cooperation Process

Submit Cooperation Intent

Submit the Letter of Intent for Media Cooperation through the mall's "Business Cooperation - Media Cooperation" page or designated email, specifying the media type, audience characteristics, cooperative resources, intended cooperation form, and case references.

Attach materials such as media qualification documents, links to previous works, and influence data (such as circulation, number of followers, reading volume, and interaction rate).

Demand Connection and Plan Confirmation

The mall's brand cooperation team will connect within 3 working days to communicate on cooperation goals, resource matching degree, and specific forms.

Both parties jointly formulate a cooperation plan, specifying the content theme, release time, communication channels, benefit distribution, and implementation details.

Sign Cooperation Agreement

After confirming the cooperation plan, sign the Media Cooperation Agreement, which clarifies the rights and obligations of both parties, content review standards, ownership of intellectual property rights, confidentiality clauses, and liability for breach of contract.

Content Co-Creation and Implementation

Conduct content creation in accordance with the agreement. The platform provides necessary material support (such as corporate information, merchant cases, and data information) and cooperates with interviews, shooting, and other work.

The content must be reviewed and confirmed by both parties before release to ensure the information is accurate and compliant.

Simultaneously promote communication and promotion, and expand the content reach by utilizing the channel resources of both parties.

Effect Evaluation and Renewal

Within 5 working days after the end of the cooperation, both parties jointly evaluate the communication effect (such as reading volume, forwarding volume, public opinion feedback, and user growth data).

Based on the cooperation effect, negotiate the subsequent cooperation plan. High-quality cooperative partners can be upgraded to "Annual Strategic Media" and enjoy more resource preferences.

IV. Rights and Interests of Both Cooperative Parties

Without authorization, the platform's brand shall not be improperly associated with or compared with other brands.

Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of content co-created by both parties shall be jointly owned by both parties. The intellectual property rights of content independently created by the media shall be owned by the media, but the platform shall have the right to use it (within the scope specified in the agreement).

If the cooperative content needs to be re-communicated or used commercially, it shall be negotiated separately and obtain written authorization.

Confidentiality and Breach of Contract

The business secrets of the other party obtained during the cooperation (such as unpublished data, strategic plans, and user information) must be strictly kept confidential, and the confidentiality obligation shall still be fulfilled after the termination of the cooperation.

If either party violates the agreement (such as unauthorized release of non-compliant content or disclosure of confidential information), it shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities, and the other party shall have the right to terminate the cooperation.
