To ensure a more secure shopping experience for you on this B2B2C cross-border mall, we offer a Price Protection service. If the price of a product you purchased drops within a specific period, you may apply for compensation for the price difference. Below are the specific rules and procedures:
I. Eligibility for Price Protection
Eligible Products
Most in-stock products are eligible for Price Protection, excluding special items (e.g., flash sale products, short-dated products, customized products, clearance products, etc.). Specific exclusions are indicated on the product detail page.
Timeframe
For unpaid orders: Within the order cancellation period (usually 24 hours), if the product price drops, you may cancel the original order and place a new one at the lower price.
For paid but unshipped orders: You may apply for Price Protection before the merchant ships the product.
For shipped but undelivered orders: You may apply for Price Protection before signing for receipt.
For received orders: You may apply for Price Protection within 7 days of confirming receipt (15 days for certain categories such as home appliances).
Price Type
Price Protection only applies to drops in the product’s regular selling price. It does not cover price differences caused by promotions such as coupons, points redemption, or flash sales.
II. Price Protection Application Process
1. Confirm the Price Drop
Log in to the mall, locate the product in your order, and check if its current selling price is lower than your purchase price. Take a screenshot to retain evidence of the price drop (the screenshot must include the product link, current price, and timestamp).
2. Submit the Application
Go to "My Orders", find the relevant order, and click "Apply for After-Sales Service" → "Price Protection".
Upload the screenshot of the price drop evidence, fill in your purchase price, the current price, and your receiving account information, then submit the application.
3. Mall Review
The mall’s customer service will review the application within 1–2 business days to verify whether the product meets the protection criteria and if the price drop is genuine. You will be notified of the review result via mall messages or SMS.
III. Price Protection Refund Rules
Refund Amount
The actual refund amount is calculated as: "Your actual paid amount (after deducting discounts) – Current selling price". If there is a difference in shipping fees, it will be included in the calculation.
Refund Method
After the application is approved, the price difference will be refunded via the original payment channel within 1–3 business days (e.g., WeChat Pay refunds to WeChat Wallet, bank card payments refund to the original card). The specific arrival time is subject to the payment platform’s rules.
Handling of Special Cases
If you have already applied for a refund or exchange for the product, it will no longer be eligible for Price Protection.
For multiple price drops of the same order, compensation will only be based on the largest price difference at the time of the first application.
For cross-border products, if the price change is caused by tariff adjustments, the compensation amount will be calculated by combining the tariff difference.
IV. Notes
When applying for Price Protection, the product must be in stock, and the specifications/model of the product you purchased must match the currently sold product.
If the current price of the product cannot be verified due to stockouts, delisting, or other reasons, the application will not be approved.
For users who maliciously apply for Price Protection (e.g., forging price drop evidence), the mall will revoke their eligibility for future applications and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
