Store Delivery


This mall provides a convenient official fulfillment service for merchants and users who store their goods in the official warehouses. The specific details are as follows:


I. Service Scope

Eligible Users

All merchants who store goods in the mall’s domestic bonded warehouses, overseas forward warehouses, and domestic self-operated warehouses.

Users who purchase goods through the mall platform and choose to temporarily store the goods in the official warehouses.

Delivery Coverage

Covers most domestic regions and major countries/regions worldwide, consistent with the mall’s regular delivery coverage. Remote and restricted areas are not supported; you can check and confirm coverage when initiating a delivery request.


II. Service Process

Goods Warehousing

Merchants or users must deliver goods to the designated warehouse in accordance with the mall’s warehouse regulations. After the warehouse completes quality inspection, system entry, and shelving, an inventory record will be generated.

Initiate Fulfillment Request

When fulfillment is needed:

Merchants can find the corresponding inventoried goods in the Merchant Backend.

Users can find the corresponding inventoried goods in their Personal Center.

Select "Official Fulfillment", fill in the delivery address, contact information, and delivery method (e.g., regular delivery, expedited delivery), then submit the request.

Warehouse Processing and Shipping

After receiving the fulfillment request, the warehouse will complete goods sorting and packaging within 1-2 working days. The goods will be handed over to cooperative logistics providers according to the selected delivery method. Meanwhile, a logistics tracking number will be generated and synchronized to the requester.

Logistics Tracking and Receipt

Requesters can track the delivery status of goods through the order details page or logistics tracking number. Follow the regular receipt process when accepting goods; contact customer service promptly if any issues arise.


III. Fee Standards

Basic Fulfillment Fee

Calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery distance of the goods. Fee standards differ for domestic and cross-border orders. The estimated fee can be viewed when initiating the fulfillment request.

Expedited Fee

An additional fee applies if expedited delivery is selected, ranging from 30% to 50% of the basic fulfillment fee. Specific amounts are subject to the display on the page.

Packaging Fee

Regular packaging is free of charge.

A small fee is charged for special reinforced packaging (for fragile items, etc.), usually ranging from 5 to 20 RMB per item.


IV. Notes

Goods stored in the warehouse must comply with the mall’s warehousing regulations. Storage of flammable, explosive, or prohibited items is prohibited; otherwise, the warehouse reserves the right to refuse the official fulfillment service.

The mall will properly store goods during their stay in the warehouse. In case of goods damage or loss caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, sudden warehouse failures), compensation will be made based on the actual value of the goods (subject to the warehousing registration).

If delivery fails due to issues such as incorrect delivery address or mismatched recipient information during the fulfillment process, the requester shall bear the costs of warehouse return and secondary fulfillment.
