Shopping Process


To ensure a smooth shopping experience for you, we have detailed the shopping process below:


I. Registration and Login

For new users: You need to register first. Click the "Register" button at the top right corner of the mall’s homepage, fill in your mobile phone number and set a password as prompted, and complete the SMS verification to successfully register.

For existing users: Click "Login" directly, then enter your account password or select a third-party quick login method (such as WeChat, QQ, etc.) to access the mall.


II. Browsing and Selecting Products

After logging in, you can find the products you need through the category navigation, search bar, or recommendation section on the homepage. On the product details page, you can view the product’s detailed description, specifications, price, inventory, seller information, and user reviews. If you have questions, you can communicate with the seller via the "Online Consultation" function on the page. Once you decide to purchase, select the product specifications (e.g., size, color) and quantity, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".


III. Placing an Order and Making Payment

If you select "Add to Cart", you can continue browsing other products. After completing your selection, go to the "Shopping Cart", check the products you want to buy, and click "Proceed to Checkout".

On the checkout page, you need to fill in your delivery address (first-time buyers need to add a new address; multiple addresses can be saved) and select the delivery method and payment method. After confirming that the order information (including products, amount, delivery information, etc.) is correct, click "Submit Order".

After submitting the order, the system will generate an order number. You need to complete the payment within the specified time. The mall supports multiple payment methods, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay card payment, and some international payment methods. After successful payment, the order status will be updated to "Paid".


IV. Logistics Tracking

After successful payment, the seller will arrange shipment as soon as possible. You can find the corresponding order in "My Orders" and click "View Logistics" to track the real-time transportation status of the goods, including the progress of linkages such as pickup, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.


V. Receiving Goods and After-Sales Service

When the goods are delivered, please check the package information and whether the products are intact, then sign for receipt if everything is correct. If the received product has quality issues, inconsistent specifications, or other problems, you can apply for after-sales service in "My Orders". Select the after-sales type (e.g., return, exchange, repair) and submit relevant certificates. The seller will handle your after-sales application within the specified time, and both parties will resolve the issue through negotiation.
