Account Security Guidelines
Password Setup and Safekeeping
Please set a high-complexity password, which is recommended to include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, with a length of no less than 8 characters. Avoid using easily guessable information (such as birthdays or phone numbers) as your password, and do not disclose your password to others. Additionally, change your account password regularly (every 3 months is recommended) to reduce the risk of account theft.
Login Environment Security
Whenever possible, log in to your account on your personal frequently used devices and in secure network environments. Avoid logging in in unsafe environments such as public internet cafes or password-free public WiFi. Before logging in, check whether your device has antivirus software installed and keep the software updated to prevent malicious software from stealing account information. If you leave your device after logging in, be sure to log out of your account promptly.
Identity Verification Protection
Please bind a valid and authentic phone number and email address to your account, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) features such as SMS verification and email verification. When performing sensitive operations (including password modification, account information changes, and large-value transactions), two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account.
Transaction Security Guidelines
Payment Process Precautions
When conducting payment operations, carefully verify the order information (including product name, amount, delivery address, etc.) and submit the payment only after confirming all details are correct. Avoid clicking on payment links provided through non-official platform channels to prevent accessing phishing websites. After completing the payment, save the payment credentials (such as payment screenshots and transaction records) for future inquiry and rights protection.
Beware of Fake Transaction Information
Do not trust fake transaction-related information sent by strangers via SMS, phone calls, or social media—for example, messages claiming "order abnormality requiring refund" or "winning a prize requiring advance fund payment." All transaction-related operations must be performed on the official platform pages. If you have any questions, contact platform customer service to verify the information.
Fund Security Protection
The platform will never request users to transfer funds to a designated personal account for any reason. If you encounter such a request, remain highly vigilant, do not make the transfer, and report the incident to platform customer service immediately.
Information Protection Guidelines
Personal Information Confidentiality
Do not randomly disclose sensitive personal information in public areas of the platform (such as comment sections or forums). This includes ID card numbers, bank card numbers, detailed addresses, and contact information. While the platform strictly protects user information, users themselves must also enhance their awareness of information protection.
Guard Against Information Fraud
Be alert to any attempts to obtain personal information in the name of "platform staff." Platform staff will never request users to provide passwords, bank card PINs, SMS verification codes, or similar information during normal work. If you receive such a request, verify the requester’s identity through official customer service channels.
Information Authorization Management
When using platform-related functions or authorizing third-party services, carefully read the authorization agreement to understand the scope and purpose of information usage, and only authorize the necessary information. If you discover that an authorized third-party service is misusing your information, immediately revoke the authorization and file a complaint with the platform.
Other Security Precautions
Software and System Updates
Keep your browser, operating system, and related applications updated to the latest versions. Promptly fix system vulnerabilities to reduce potential security risks.
Identify Phishing Websites and Fraudulent Links
Pay attention to verifying the domain name of the platform’s official website—official website domain names usually have a fixed format. Avoid clicking on unknown links received via SMS, email, or other channels. If you have doubts about the security of a link, verify it through official platform channels.
Report Security Issues Promptly
If you detect account abnormalities, encounter online fraud, receive suspicious information, or discover security vulnerabilities on the platform, contact platform customer service immediately. The customer service team will assist in handling the issue as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you may report the case to the public security authorities to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
Please read and abide by the above security guidelines carefully to jointly create a safe and reliable platform environment. For any security-related questions, feel free to consult platform customer service at any time.
